The Board is the main executive organ of the Latvian Society of Radiology. It comprises eleven members, who are elected at the General meeting for the term of four years.
Since the April, 21 2023 the Board of Latvian Society of Radiology comprises the following members:

Arturs Balodis Inese Smiļģe Certification Committee
The Certification Committee of the Society is elected for the four-year term by the General Meeting. It consists of six members and the Head of the Certification Committee, who is the Chairman of the Board.
The Certification Committee of the Society carries out certification and recertification procedure of medical practitioners in the following specialties –Diagnostic radiology, Therapeutic radiology, as well as certification of methods and recurrent certification in Diagnostic Ultrasonography
The Work of the Certification Committee of the Latvian Society of Radiology is based on the regulations developed by the Latvian Society of Radiology, and confirmed by the General Meeting and the Certification Committee of the Latvian Medical Association.

The Audit Committee
The Main Control Body of the Society is the Audit Committee that comprises three members; it is elected by the General Meeting for the four-year term.
